Year Four visited Battle Abbey as part of their humanities topic. They spent time walking around the ruins and looking at the history of the site. In addition to this, the children also took part in a guided tour in which they had the chance to look at clothing, weapons and even re-enact a scene from the Battle of Hastings. The children really enjoyed this experience and we would also like to say a huge thank you to the parent helpers who helped make the trip a success.
