Vacancy - Early Career Teacher (ECT)

We are seeking to appoint a member of staff who shares our passion for teaching and learning. We pride ourselves on our inclusive approach that ensures all children learn in a way that they enjoy and allows them to succeed. You will be joining a supportive and enthusiastic team who have led the school on a journey of rapid improvement. The school received a good Ofsted judgement in 2023 with areas of outstanding. The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner, who will strive to find ways to deliver the curriculum that both they and the children enjoy. We place great importance on the wellbeing of staff and work hard to ensure that our school is a happy and caring place to be.
We are seeking candidates with:
- Outstanding classroom practice or the capacity to become outstanding teachers
- The ability to motivate and inspire our children
- A natural tendency to work collaboratively with others
- To ensure that planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reporting meet learning and social needs of our children
- The ability to support children in meeting their full potential
- Ensure that the current national conditions of employment for unqualified school teachers are met
