World Maths Day has been a huge success!
The children have participated in money themed lessons all day. Some classes have created their own businesses, some created their own board games and others have investigated different types and amounts of money.
The standard of maths hats has risen once again with creations ranging from the Bank of England to money from around the world! Year 5 have created modern day versions of the British pound notes using famous people who have influenced their lifetime. They have used people such as The Beatles, David Beckham, Mo Farah and Ellie Simmonds.
