Dear Parents and Carers,
How lovely that the sun is shining today - long may it last! The children all looked lovely in their own clothes and spots today - thank you for making the effort and for your donations to Children in Need.
Really there has been no end to your generosity….we collected hundreds of toiletries for Bromley Brighter Beginnings, bags and bags of clothes for the “Bag 2 School” collection and oodles of cakes for the cake sale (see below). Thank you so much for everything that you have done and continue to do to support these charities - we know that it is a very expensive time of year and that many of you have been adversely affected by the cost of living crisis - and we are so grateful for your support.
From next week, both blue pedestrian gates will be open in the morning to ease congestion for adults leaving the school. It will NOT be open at the end of the day as Martin has voiced concerns that this encourages children to cross the road without him. Have a great weekend!
