It has been an absolute pleasure to teach those children who did not go on the France residential trip this week. We have had so much fun!
On Monday we went to Downe Scout Activity Centre and, despite the horrendous weather, we had a great day out! The children enjoyed three activities: Crate Stacking, the Leap of Faith and Archery, all of them really entered into the spirit of the day and had a great time. We have also made cupcakes, produced some fantastic art work and started work on programmes and posters for the Y6 show in the ICT suite. We had a great day yesterday when we went swimming and bowling at Bromley Pavilion—everyone is pretty worn out today!
We are looking forward to welcoming back the rest of Year 6 later today when they return from France.
