Y2 Tiffany Chung Class

In English we are reading "House Held Up By Trees" by Ted Kooser. We will contnue our work on adjectives, nouns and conjunctions and will learn to turn some adjectives into adverbs by adding the suffix -ly. We will write adverts, poems and non-fiction reports.

In maths we are continuing our work on multiplication and division. We will then start a unit of work on measurement.

We will be finishing our work on Kenya with our African drumming workshop.

In science we are learning about animals including humans. We will learn about the basic needs of animals, including humans, for survival and ways to keep healthy, including the importance of exercise, proper nutrition and good hygiene.

We will do special activities for World Book Day, including a DT project to make a book mark.

On Wednesday mornings we will be doing computing with Mrs Snelling and Forest School with Mrs Greenslade.
