Dear Parents and Carers,
We are finishing the week with some seriously miserable weather but this has not detracted from a great week here at school. The children have been working really hard and it has been such a pleasure to see how focussed and enthusiastic they are, as I have visited classes this week.
Well done to Year 6, who are continuing to work so hard as they prepare for their SATs, which will take place in the week beginning 13th May. The children are nervous but also excited - we have told them that this is a chance to show off everything that they have learnt and can do! I am brushing up on my toast buttering and cereal pouring skills for our special Year 6 breakfast club which Year 6 children are invited to attend during SATs week.
